kindly help for service tax rate in Confuse

1. 4.12 % rate is which Catagary ?
2. 3.40 % rate is which catagary ?

two type service in i am very confuse so pl help me thic topic

13 November 2009 Service Tax rate 4.12% is for works contract under composition scheme and 3.40 is under abatement scheme.
