Please guide me on the issue of service tax applicable to the bank, % of cenvat credit of service tax available on input service tax paid by the bank.

As per CENVAT RULE, Input services used into manufacturing of dutiable goods is considered to avail CENVAT credit.. In ur case, bank doesn't form part of manufacturing goods, so its not availed. Regards
