1. I AM A DOCTOR (CONDUCTING SURGERY AND CONSULTATION )WORKING WITH HOSPITAL ON MONTHLY CONSULTATION BASIS AND THEY ARE DEDUCTING 10% TDS. WILL I BE LIABLE UNDER SERVICE TAX
2. BESIDES I AM ALSO RUNNING MY SMALL CLINIC . WILL I BE LIABLE UNDER SERVICE TAX

Services of doctors are excluded from the purview of service tax as you being a surgeon no ser tax. However if you undertake any coomercial service as giving lectures and receive any consideration, then probably yes, payable. But if you are drawing income below ten lacs from such commercial activity you stand exempted from ser tax
