as per case of intercontinental consultant and technocrats pvt. ltd. service tax not charge on reimbursement of exp. but whether separate bill for reimburse of exp. should be issued or a single bill issued for fee and reimbursement of exp.

Dear sir please give own view regarding service tax on reimbursement of exp. whether one invoice or two invoice i.e separately invoice issued for reimbursement of exp.
