Dear All, Can any one help me please on this issue... One of my client had given his open land in lease for parking of 4wheelars & 2wheelars to a bank. Now he is getting monthly rent from the bank.Whether he has to pay service tax or not for the rent received upto June-12. If yes, under which service he has to pay tax.. Thanks in advance
