Dear all
a partnership firm non registered in excise and also not paying excise on purchasing goods is liable to pay 25% ST under reverse charges on GTA service
plz reply.

Person liable to pay freight includes s partnership firm whether registered or not under any law including association of person. So the firm has to pay ST.
