Dear sir,

i am new to service tax and i want to know the details like what are the services are come under service tax net in banking and what types of return a banking company wants to file in a financial year. what are the various forms available under banking service tax.

16 November 2009 Almost every service except interest on loan is taxable under banking and financial services.

Form for submitting 6 monthly return is ST-3.

No other form is required.
