Service tax on bank charges on import payment

when we make import payment, the bank take bank charges and service tax . i want to ask whether we can take credit of service tax on import bank charges.

though you pay for the transaction of import payment., the bank charges the service tax for the service charges it is providing., you can take the credit of the service tax paid for the charges
