can we take service tax credit on excise paid on steel used in construction of building of output service provider?

Assessee can avial credit of duty / service tax paid on inputs and input services. This credit is known as cenvet credit. This is a pool which is available for utilisation for payment of duty on any final product or output services, subject to certain restrictions and lilitations.
So you can utilise the excise duty paid on steel.
