hi, we in pvt ltd co. which busi. is web hosting means export busi.in information tech. & we also have some domestic sales as well. f.y.08-09 ratio of export & domestic sales is 80:20 %. my que.is can we availed the credit of service tax on followings: 1) internet charges paid 2) telephone exps. charges paid 3) Mobile exps.charges paid 4) our companies new office construction work in progress for that we paid service tax on excavation, land leveling, architect fees, labour charges plz guidance us with examples.
