Kindly update me service tax credit. How it works. Is it like excise cenvat taken. Please also update me from where i can read about service rule and terms.

I am not clear what you want to understand me. please give me your valuable answer.

Que- 2. for Example:- we received a bill for Rs-11000/- for the security guards supply from ABC. now we have to calculate Service Tax on 75% of bill value Service Payable- 1020/-. now please clear what will be the TDS Payable= Rs-1100/- or Rs - 1202/-. please clear what amt will be the TDS payable and why.

29 August 2013 my company is software firm. We need some SMS service massage purpose. we are getting this service from SMS country company. they are sending us invoice like product cost- 10000 plus 12.36% Service Tax and total value is 11236.00. So tell me How much amount we have to pay full or after deducting TDS at what rate.

30 August 2013 In view of Letter F.No. 275/73/2007-IT(B), dated 30-6-2008 of the Board TDS has to be deducted on full amount of bill i.e. Rs. 11236/-

01 September 2013 There are two aspects one is TDS and other is ST

TDS you have to pay on the total bill which includes the main bill plus ST

ST you have to pay separately.

You can adjust ST if you have received on some other heads and balance you can pay.
