HI, i have a client that receives commission from abroad for the orders procured on the behalf of foreign parties. For this client receives commission in foreign currency.
So will service tax be liable on such commission income??

Here the important is where the services are utilised, if commission is coming for the services provided and used in India, it is taxable,
otherwise if commission is being recd. in foreign currency for the services provided from india to a person outside india then it is export of services and no tax is payable.
