I have properly filled our company service tax return and kept a hard copy of it so what should i do next wheather i need to send any hard copy to the department .so kindly inform me what should i do

As per annexure of Circular No. 956/17/2011-CX dated 28.09.11 VI. Digital Signatures The ACES application is designed to accept digitally signed documents. However, in the beginning this functionality is not going to be activated. Pending its activation the electronic returns will be filed into ACES without digital signatures. Hence, wherever the returns are submitted through ACES there will not be any requirement to submit signed hard copy separately.
Thus it is clear from the above annexure that after successful e-filling of return assessee is not required to submit any signed hard copy of the same.
