19 March 2014 if you have taken a flat on rent for comercial purpose and you pay rent after deducting tds so do we have to consider 10 lakhs limit per year for paying service tax on rent or it is cumulative?

19 March 2014 It depends on turnover of service provider .if it exceeded 10 lakhs in p.y. he have to charge service tax in current year.
