does we take credit of service tax on marine cargo insurance ( insurance during transportation from Factory to buyer address)for payment of excise duty.

Dear Kapil,
Cenvat Credit admissibility on servicevs used beyond factory gate is only admissible when goods sold to buyer on delivered basis. You have to prove it by Purchase Order issued by the Buyer.
