If any proprietor business provide security services to any1 den wat is implication of ST....?
if his total services exceed Rs.9L den he has to register & how should he bill the amount total plus 12.36% ST??

if the providers receipts are more than 9 lacs he has to register and if more than 10 lacs has to collect service tax @ 12.36% on the total bill

yes there is reverse charge , but that wont apply to you ., it applies to your clients who are body corporates
