27 September 2017 My clint is in business of man power supply services , hid turnover is 1.30 corer , his all receipts is from bank Chanel only . now my question is that weather he can file return u/s 44ad by showing 6% profit with out audit the book of account .

27 September 2017 Since the turnover doesnot exceed 2 crores , the assessee can opt for presumptive taxation.

Apply -
6% on receipts digitally
8% on cash receipts
to find out the total income on presumptive basis

Yes he can file return without audit of books of account
