I want to know that if any assessee is now filing his all previous years tax return then while preparing audit report which limit should be taken in consideration

Do you mean the limit of audits per partner??!!, if yes, I believe it should be what ever is applicable for a year by a partner. One can not escape by saying that the limit should be increased because the certain no of Audits belong to earlier years.
