Weather it is allowed to make single payment in cash less then 20000/- but at different times in a same day aggaragating to more then Rs. 20000/- in a day to a single creditor against purchase of goods u/s. 40a(3) in relation to A.Y. 2006-07 & earlier years? pls. provide case law for reference.
