31 October 2012 Plz clear my doubt about d stabdard deduction u/s 25AA

Why dont we allow d deduction of 30% on the unrealised rent which is realised in any other previous year...
Plz illuminate d answer cuz its bit tricky....

01 November 2012 suppose RLV is 1.5 lac and rent due is 1.5 lac but rent received is 1.2 lac. deduction will be allowed for unrealised hence actual rent is 1.2 lac. RLV is high hence bcms GAV and deduction of 30% is alloed on 1.5 lac. taking that in to mind wen actual rent is received it is not allowed any deduction. but some time it is not fair as assessee may pay tax on actual rent after considering the unrealised rent.
