11 June 2010 Whether person not liable to deduct TDS because of Propeietor firm having turnover less than Rs 40 Lakhs in the previous year...

Liable to deduct TDS u/s195 in case of remittance to Non Resident??

11 June 2010 TDS to be deducted on payment to Non resident on the basis of the DTAA or IT Provisions.
It is not concerned with the income and tax status of the payer.

So, if TDS needs to be deduted as per the provisons, then you have to deduct TDS.

15 June 2010 Sec.44AB limit exemption for TDS non deduction not applicable for Sec.195. so TDS need to deduct
