01 October 2010 NO ASSESSEE OR ANY AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE CAN ATTEND FOR HEARING.

01 October 2010 ASSESSEE OR A PERSON CAPABLE OF HANDLING SUCH CASES viz .CA/CS/CWAS OR ANY AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE .


02 October 2010 Agree,no need to appoint lawyer

03 October 2010 If you are confidant that you can furnish all he information that may be required by the assessing Officer during the course of hearing of your scrutiny assessment, you can appear in person and extend compliance. There is no mandate in law, that you need to appoint an attorney to represent your tax case.
