Kindly suggest can i allow conveyance allowance(Rs. 800.00 per month) & medical reimbursement(Rs.15000.00 yearly) to all the employee without any discrimination while compute salary TDS.
I put this query once to the forum on 8th but didn't get any reply. I am sure some how it was overlooked or otherwise it would have been answered. Look forward to an early reply.It's urgent.

In case of Medical Reimbursement, allowance is to be granted against Medical Bills submitted by the employees. In case the bills submitted are less than 15000/-, then to that extent only allowance should be granted.

In case the employee produces bills for medical treatment of his family members or himself, in a Govt Hospital or in a hospital approved by Chief commissioner, amount reimbursed may be fully allowed.
However from such expenditure, if any amount has been received by the employee from Insurance Co., such amount has to be deducted from the allowance.

Sir, Thank you very much for your reply.All the employee want to enjoy this facility of conveyance alowance and Medical reimbursement but it was actually not paid or reimbursed. I want your valuable opinion what will be the consequences if I allow everybody to enjoy all this facility.

In case of Conveyance Allowance you may grant the allowance, however in case of Medial Reimbursement, the employees are required to submit the bills of medicines etc.
