04 March 2013 a employer can give salary slip to employee

for salary you need to check offer letter or term of employment, when salary was fixed

if you are asking about in salary slip, there is no prescribed format, you can choose whatever you want.
in this you will show salary which is to be given to employee, net payable amount will be the amount which will be given him in cash or bank
