If the company sends an employee for a deputation to one of the Gulf country, where there is no tax and remits the salary in India in Indian Bank account of the employee, does the company needs to deduct TDS on Salary of the employee, though, he had rendered service outside India and in Tax free zone, just because, the payment is received in India ?

He is deputed in Gulf country and company remit salry in his Indian account as INR then all amount is taxable earning and he needs to pay tax for all amount beyond 2.5Lakhs .His company will also deduct the TDS .
But if he remits this money from Gulf to India account after 181 days , then any money sent is not taxable in India.
Let comapny pay him in Gulf currency or US $ then only tax can be saved after 181 days remittence to India --ok
