I would suggest you to send a registered letter with Acknowledge due (RAPD) to the Accounting firm mentioning all the facts and ask them to pay all your dues. Allow them reasonable time (may be 10 working days or period you feel is reasonable) In the same letter make it clear the consequences of non payment of your dues make a reference of section 21 & 22 of CA Act.
If you do not hear from the ferm then unoficially take a view of ICAI on this and then do as advices. Else, you can directly file a complaint wiht disciplinary committee of ICAI.
