What is the due date for Filing revised TDS return for last qtr of F.Y. 2009-10 and F.Y. 2010-11 ? is there any criteria or causes for which only Tds return can be revised ?

Section 139(5) of income tax of revised return is not applicable for TDS revised return.
There is no special criteria for recise return,any mistake which are related to challan, wrong Pan etc.
The return may ravise before or after notice received or order passed
