Theoritically it is correct that if you do not file return in due time, the return can not be revised. But this law has to be changed. There should be scope to file my return revised, if i found any mistake after filed the belated return. The rectification under section 154 is not always fruitful. Can we argue in such a way that it is not a revised return but a subsequent return.
