when i filed the revise return u/s 20 (4) (b) they ask for annual period return but client is covered under quarterly return so what is the period for revise return u/s 20 (4) (b) for the f.y. 2012-2013 ?

Instructions for uploading Annual Revised Returns U/s 20(4)(b) & (c)
Please download the latest version (Ver 1.8.0) template from Mahavat website.
Dealer can upload the Revised return u/s 20(4)(b) & (c) with Annual periodicity only.
Dealer can upload the Original, Fresh and Revised return u/s 20(4)(a) as per the periodicity of that FY. i.e. Monthly/ Quarterly/Six Monthly .
Annual Revised return u/s 20(4)(b) will be uploaded only after uploading the Vat Audit report e-704. For Annual Revised Return u/s 20(4)(b), GTO of sales in return should be greater than or equal to GTO of sales as per Audit, in Vat Audit form (e-704) Schedule I to VI, for return F 231 to CST
respectively.
i.e. GTO of sales in F 231 should be greater than or equal to GTO of sales as per Audit in Schedule I
of Vat Audit form (e-704). Likewise in case of F 233, the GTO of Sales as per Return and GTO of sales
as per Schedule III of e-704 and so on will be compared.
In case of Annual Revised return u/s 20(4)(c) the GTO of Sales & Purchases and other details
pertaining to entire year should be entered.
Annual Revised return u/s 20(4) (b) will be applicable for all financial years including earlier years for
which the electronic Vat Audit report (e-704) has been uploaded. For the FY 2011-12 onwards the
Annual Revised return u/s 20(4) (b) will be allowed only once.
Dealers are requested to enter total amount already paid, before uploading the audit report in the
first row of the table giving details of amount already paid . The details like CIN, Date of Payment,
Bank details should be entered corresponding to last payment before uploading of Vat Audit report
(e-704).
The amount paid as per additional liability in Vat Audit report (e-704) should be shown in next rows.

thank you aditya so in this case my revise return u/s 20 (4)(b) periodicity will be 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013. right??
