What if in case of RCM, Service provider charges the full service tax and service receiver pays him the full amt.???

bad practice. Under RCM, it is the duty of service receiver to collect and deposit the tax to govt. If you are not collecting tax, then it is termed as default. So ensure that that the amount is paid by service provider. You should ask for challan from service provider.
