16 July 2010 Could somebody explain to me the depreciation percentage for Reva Car purchase according to IT Act and Companies Act.

16 July 2010 Depreciation on car re as follows:-

Income Tax ACt: 15%
Companies ACt : 25.89%

16 July 2010 agreed, it is same as per other car.
There is no difference in dep between on electric car and normal car.
