Hi All, We have a case of a paid assistant who left our partnership firm (she was not a partner, joined as audit manager). Now my doubt is 1. Whether the partnership firm firm should send a notice in writing in the letter head of the firm to the institute intimating the resignation of the paid assistant OR 2. The paid assistant himself should send a notice in writing of his resignation from the firm? Kindly reply with link to substantiate the answer! Thanx in advance.
