Dear Sir- under said position can said company apply for PAN in INDIA without having any office/premises in INDIA. If- YES, then which address have to be declared in INDIA as business place required in PAN application form?? i would be thankful. if you please share some rule(s) / circulars / clarification on subject matter. urgent- thanks
