dear sir, reibursement of telephone bills will be completely excempt in the hands of employees as it is taxable in the hands of eployer as FBT. UNIFORM making and washing expenses should be allowed in full as such expenditure is met by employee in the discharge of his duties and wering of uniform is a condition imposed upon him as part of his appointment orde. Medical expenses reimbursed is to be allowed u/s 17(2) - first proviso.
