17 September 2011 Our company is having Registered in "A" state & Corporate & Administrative office in "B" state, our all accounting is maintained at "B" state, now we just want to know whether we have to apply for centralized registration or single registration...& what will be the effects thereafter...???

17 September 2011 the place where the accounts are maintained is to be registered for centralized registration, and a resolution should be passed in this regard.

if specific registration is sought then the registered premises would be responsible to maintain all records and payments.
