Dear Sir, I wish to register a Newspaper & Magazine Publication company(Like Hindu, Nakkeeran) as service Provider under Service tax Act? Actually under which category of service will it come?

Dear Sir, Pl clarify the following i.e. A Commercial Magazine is published every month & and it has obtained so many advertisements from the commercial establishments.whether should that magazine publisher collect the service tax for its services?
