Hi, My client is registered in Delhi(Centralised Registration). Delhi office is their head office. Now for sake of tax benefits they have shifted their head office to haridwar(Uttaranchal). Now they want to amend there ST-1. There billing and invoicing system prevails in Delhi. Is it possible that they continue to operate billing and accounting system in delhi and take centralised registration in Uttaranchal. Please help
