one of my clients is planning to take a franchisee of blue dart courier. is he liable to take srvice tax registartion; if so in what head; on what amount he is liable to pay tax? kindly explain thw provisions

yes courier services are taxable so he has to get himself registered. courier agency services. he will not get any exemption of 10lacs as he is using a brand name. tax to be paid at 12.36% from rs 1 service itself.
