In the above case bill books are printed in the name of Green Park Vivah Mandap, how ever bills are signed by Mr. Raj kumar.
From the point of view of service tax returns, Bills issued in the firm name and registration in the name of proprietor, can cause any problem or not ?

The proprietorship firm contains the Pan no of the Proprietor. Also the bills are signed by proprietor. There is no separate legal entity between the proprietor and the firm. It is the same entity so there should not be any problem
