Regarding tds on interest on car loan paid to nbfc

01 April 2013 I have a doubt regarding if an assesse(Being a Company) has to deduct TDS on the interest paid for the Car Loans availed from NBFC e.g. Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited or Tata Capital Limited.

If any exemption is provided for the above then can anybody please provide me the reference of the said exemption.
