Dear Sir, Want to know that if a person had done job for more than a year as permanent employee & whose pf are deducted, than whether at the time of transfering job, pf a/c should be continued or disconnected? Bcoz I had confusion that if the person doesn't continue for more than 3 yrs in organisation, pf will not be continued, but don't know whether its true or not? pls reply me as urgent... Thanks in advance....

You should have your account Number of PF and when you are joining the new company just give that number to the new employer he will get is transferred under him
