Regarding icai letter

04 November 2014 Dear Sir
I have recieved a letter from icai, ICAI Says In letter we have been informed by your employer ie you have not been attending his office since a long time and left without intimating.and submitted the reply within 15 days .

But Sir i have deposited the form 109 and form 104 with icai bcz of final year of transfer .
Plz Tell me what should i do

04 November 2014 Kindly go to the icai office and meet the secretary incharge of articles section. Show him/her the copy of 104 and 109 submitted to icai. Further carry a letter stating these facts and submit the same to the secretary....

04 November 2014 It is mandatory to submit the copy of letter including form 104 and form 109 same to joint secreatary also .


04 November 2014 Nor mandatory. But given that your old principal has written a letter to icai complaining against you, it is better that you represent your case at all levels of icai.

04 November 2014 But sir they signed my form 109 and on the final year of training and i am eligible for industrial training .and i also submit the industrial form and termination form together. is there is any major problem in this regard bcz i have joined the industry and submit the form to icai and industry.

Plz tell me sir i am worried
