Can I now file my Individual ITR for Asstt year 2012-13 & claim refund in my ITR for Asstt. Year 2012-13 because i have tds deducted in f.y. 2011-12.

Yes, now you can file return of income and shall claim refund of TDS for A.Y 2012-13. The time limit for filing of A.Y 2012-13 available u/s 139(4) is upto 31-3-2014.
