Hi, My querry is as follows: I hv come across a client who had registered himself under Mvat in F.Y 2006-07. But he commenced his business from current year i.e 2009-10. Is he liable for filing returns? Whether yes or no, pls forward the explanation supporting section no. for the same. Thanx
