What is the remedy, where excise duty wrongly levied on removal of goods which is non dutiable. Is it possible to take recredit of excess excise paid sue motto or inform jurisdictional excise office & take credit thereafter

According to me it can not be allowed to take credit, but you can claim for refund after showing the proof that the goods are not dutiable.
