We have received intimation form income tax department u/s 143(1). Some of our deductor filled wrong information while filling the return. I inform them accordingly and they are telling me that have revised the return. Today again i received letter form income tax dept. for the same A.y. as (Sub: Requirment of filing online rectification application - your case- Reg.) Now what to do with this letter? is any document will be provided by the deductor? Please tell me the procedure?

What kind of Wrong information is filed by them which was revised?? if the error is on your part you need to file the Rectification application U/s.154

Or, you may verify form 26AS of the respective assessee to know, whether he parties to whom requests were made, have rectified there e-tds returns. .
sir, i have checked form 26as of the respective assessee 2of them have revised the return and one party is remaining. yesterday i have received the letter form income tax department according to that letter i understood that they are telling me now to revised the return
