this is the first thing comes in people's mind when we tell them that if you are paying freight with builty then you have to pay RCM or If you are paying without builty then you don't have to pay RCM, then they say,"hata do builty"

Yes... Good question Mr. Kailash Bhati.,
Also we ll be keep/deal with logically.... If a transporter is local or nearly our place and he have just one or two vehicle they can't give bill or LR or CN. But, Somebody or Big transporters are doing transporation is regular services to local or other city/state they are defenitely follow LR or Bill or CN...

I agree with you sir but sir I don't know how a transporter does business in your city or state but here where I am living you can find more than 1500 transporter and everyone has their builty book even a truck driver carry his own builty book, in my city who even doesn't own a single truck he call himself a transporter and all the transportation business is base on commission plus if you're paying freight via cheque you have to make cheque to the driver's name not the transporter

We can get knowledge and experience from field work with experience candidates....

But, Now the situation as under GST...
No one can't have experience...
I/You/Any other.....!! All are new in GST in India. So, we ll understand the law with some mistakes. No way for without mistake.
But, in future we all are get expertise....
Am I right...?!
