Whether a construction company registered under Service Tax Law under the category of "Real Estate Agent" can collect Service Tax at the rate of 2.575%?
Both the Services are different services hence you should avoid such practice as the valuation of Service portion in case of Real Estate Agent Service is very simple . Charge 12.36% on value of Service.
