In my view it should be capitalized under Computer. Under Companies Act 1956 Fixed Asset upto Rs 5000/- could be expensed off. In Schedule II of Companies Act 2013 there is no such provision.
Alternative as an accounting policy you can charge to PL asset upto a decided amount say Rs 5000 or Rs 10000 through a disclosure in notes to accounts.
