How much employer & employee can contribute to Provident Fund
14 December 2013
Section 6 states that contribution made by the employer towards the fund shall be 12 per cent of the basic wage or dearness allowance or retaining allowance that are payable to the employee by the employer and equal contribution shall be made by the employee to provident fund.
